Xianshen Sichuan Beef Noodle - Zhongshan Branch
Located on Zhongshan North Road, opposite the Guobin Hotel, next to Mahai Hospital; with modern and elegant design, comfortable and clean dining environment, plus bright and clean open kitchen, which is quite different from the usual oily and small beef noodle shops.
The master chef passed on the 50-year-old traditional beef noodle recipe in Taiwan before retirement. As soon as the noodles are served on the table, the fragrance is overwhelming, and the broth is clear and rich. The beef part is sliced ox tendon, with tendons, soft and chewy, and refreshing, making people remember their childhood memories. Therefore, the shop was recommended shortly after opening and was honored as one of the top ten good beef noodle shops at the 2010 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival. The restaurant soon became well-known, attracting many international travelers to taste it. A Japanese company with a century-long history of producing konjac also made the restaurant's signature dish - Xianshen Sichuan Beef Noodle into a instant noodle flavor for sale in Japan; although the small 200cc instant noodles cost as high as 300 yen, they sold over 20,000 units on the first day in Japan, causing a sensation.
