When the first store in Tokyo opened, most restaurants still used Korean-style seasoning and sauce methods to enjoy the beef. Since then, to promote and allow everyone to taste the original freshness of Mikawa beef, we have given up the habit of dipping in seasoning sauce, and instead enjoy the original aroma and freshness of Mikawa beef with less salt or even no salt at all!
The menu is presented in a Western French style. Under the clean feeling without the smell of grilling, as well as the warm and fashionable space, it is suitable for women, business meetings, and anniversary celebrations, creating a romantic atmosphere usually found in high-end wagyu restaurants.
About 7 years ago, we have continuously focused on and insisted on the direct delivery of Mikawa beef. The characteristics of Mikawa beef include excellent marbling, especially the thigh meat rich in protein and the red meat area, which is considered a delicacy!
In the past, the general public advocated for healthy and low-calorie diets, especially women and the elderly, and even more recently, men have also started to pay attention to healthy eating concepts. However, the rich oils in sirloin and tenderloin can cause burdens on the stomach and body the next day. Starting in May, IYASAKA will also introduce a dedicated store selling only Mikawa beef thigh meat to promote and offer to the gourmet lovers in Taiwan.
In the first store of IYASAKA in Taipei, Taiwan, the rear thigh meat not only comes as a steak dish, but also includes Mikawa beef olive oil hot pot and hot pot dishes, presenting the delicious delicacies of Mikawa beef in various cooking methods.
Currently, other stores and overseas wagyu restaurants mainly offer sirloin and tenderloin. Now, in line with the current trend of health, we are introducing the rear thigh meat of Mikawa beef, which is rich in fiber and high in protein. This will not cause any burden on the body, even though it is rich in oil.
Regarding the rear thigh meat, the different parts such as the inner and outer thigh have various flavors, including sweet, savory, and different characteristics from the marbling to the red meat. Please enjoy the different delicious delicacies of each part.
