In order to provide more parking space for citizens, the Parking Management Office has built the MRT Park underground parking lot in the Nangang district, and carried out simple greening in 2011. The park area is approximately 1.2 hectares, located at No. 106, Jingmao 2nd Road, Nangang district. To the east is the Nangang Exhibition Center, to the west is the Nangang Software Park (Phase 1 and Phase 2), to the south is the Nangang Software Park (Phase 3), and to the north is the headquarters of China Trust Bank.
In order to provide a better recreational space, China Trust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has invested funds to build and maintain the Sino-Trade Park in Shuangcheng, in 2013. The original simple greening of the lawn has been transformed into a park with seasonal colors designed by flowering trees. In spring, summer and autumn, it is decorated with dreamy colors, respectively with youthful pink, summer golden and autumnal brown, telling the story of the changing seasons.
The park has a variety of landscape arrangements, especially with a mist system to create a cool and humid environment that most ferns like. A fern valley garden is planted with various ferns. Water plants such as weeping willows and Canna indica are planted by the shallow water pool. Elevated walkways are installed to provide visitors with a place to read and enjoy the forest environment. The dry land fountain square is a place that children love to stay for a long time. At night, high and low landscape lights illuminate the pedestrian areas, making it more beautiful as night falls.
The park is planted with various trees, including Cinnamomum, Melia, Butea, Liquidambar, Sapium, Acer, Elaeocarpus, Butea, Cassia, Rhus, Prunus, Prunus subhirtella 'Autumnalis', and Prunus 'Yaezakura', which emit a large amount of phytoncides, as if you are in a forest bath, providing visitors with a "forest breathing" experience.
Under the busy and tight pace of life, whether you are a local office worker or a visitor coming here especially, you can enjoy visual and auditory spiritual enjoyment, and it is guaranteed to be a rewarding visit!
